I’d wager that if you chatted with 100 lifters over the age of 30 with more than five years of strength training experience, they’d tell you that their triceps exercise selection has increasingly diminished with each passing year.

biceps and triceps. Tweak the following to create an arm workout that meets your needs
1) Wide-Grip Bicep Cable Curls (2x12) (35 lbs.)
2) Triceps Dips with Feet on BOSU or Bench (2x12) 3) Close-Grip Bicep Cable Curls with V-Bar (2x12) 35 lbs.)4) Overhead Triceps Dumbbell Presses (2x12) (20 lbs.)

Yes, our triceps make a neat little horseshoe shape on the back of our arms. Can you guess which kind of horseshoe I am striving for?
My tricep determination was put to the test last night via some slow drop sets of tricep pushdowns , with no rest between any of the sets
