I decided to do arms: both biceps and triceps. I can tell it was a good workout because my arms feel like jell-o and while I was working out, it felt like they were on fire...
Preacher Curls (with EZ bar)

EZ Bar Curls

Today was arm day so I did biceps and triceps. This is a brand new workout I haven’t done before and my.... Having 4 kids makes it tough to fit everything in sometimes. =)
Biceps
Incline Bench Dumbbell Curl
3 sets x 8 reps, 10#
Wide-Grip EZ Bar Curl
2 sets x 12 reps, 25

Today I continue on with the new workout program that I got from the May/June issue of Muscle and Fitness Hers. I have substituted a few of the exercises because I don’t have cables, but I’m still working identical muscle groups.

Flat Bench Press: 4 sets x 5 reps, 70#
Incline Bench Press: 4 sets...
I started a new workout program this week and today was chest and triceps day. I love chest day and today’s workout was much better

2 minute warm-up @ 4 mph, 10% incline
15 minute steady

back and biceps and I was supposed to do shoulders. Whoops! So I’m just going to skip them this week.
Today I did a chest workout, a triceps workout and I followed that up with HIIT and steady state cardio. I am POOPED!
Chest Workout
Flat Bench Press: 4 sets x 5 reps, 70#
Incline Bench Press: 4 sets x 5 reps, 55#

during my chest and tricep exercises. I hate that feeling!
For my cardio workout, all I did was walk. On Tuesday after my back and biceps workout I did steady state cardio... was struggling and switched to using dumbbells…)
Incline dumbbell bench press
