Anxiety is probably the most widespread psychological condition in the world we live in today; in the US alone, it is said that 40 million people are affected by some form or other of anxiety, from a mild form to the extent of full blown anxiety which is called a disorder.

I’m getting panic attacks more and more often and I don’t know what to do. I’ve tried a couple of natural techniques (like breathing stuff) but none of it has worked for me yet.
I can sympathize with your plight (as a former sufferer of panic attacks).
