So, let's talk about broken legs. I know, I know, this seems so random... but you guys know I usually have some point I get around to eventually so bear with me!

Which of these injuries is different? Ankle sprains, broken legs, and carpal tunnel syndrome all cause swelling and pain and need to be immobilized at times.
But the chronic pain syndromes like Carpal Tunnel behave very differently than acute injuries like an ankle sprain or broken bone.

Ihave not been blogging lately because I fell on the snow which had ice under it and took a horrible fall. I am in a hard cast. I broke three bones in my Right leg... the best and so has my hubby.I only go on-line once in a while because i am suppose to keep my leg above my heart. I miss blogging,my clients and working out. I will be in touch now

My leg looks more and more deformed. Not really swollen - just deformed. I need crutches to walk.
My mom looks at the knee area is afraid. But she knows what I know... the fact that her colleague/anesthesiologist (Dr. Dianne Scott) disagreed with Toth's potential treatment plan then may be I would not be crippled this morning and in horrific pain

I seem to be one of those people who lose weight then hit a brick wall. Last week I eeked out a pound and it looks like I'll eek one out this week but hey, where are the huge losses? Where are my 3 pound weeks? I know I am a hare in this race but need I be a crippled hare? Mercy! Okay, I gotta go out and make today count on the diet front.
