As promised, here is one of Craig Ballantyne's abdominal exercise workouts that can easily be done in the convenience of your own home. All you need is a Swiss Ball.
I tried this workout the other night following my Turbulence Training Intermediate workout. I'm definitely feeling the results of the two today!

Cold Weather Workouts Help Me Train Harder

did sweat, but it wasn’t as bad as during the Summer.
When I’m working out in the cold I feel like Rocky. Remember that scene when he has a full beard and is carrying a log... I’m working out in the heat.
Not sweating as much is a catch 22 for me. On the one hand, I don’t feel gross with all that nasty sweat dripping and I can have a tough workout
