You know that when two stars of the now defunct Mad TV decide to train for a triathlon to raise money for restless leg syndrome the results will be anything but boring.

Question:I recently decided to start to train to for a Triathlon for 2011-2012 and in addition I would like to begin a cutting regiment to tone my body. Can you share any tips or training regiments that can help me to reach my goal?

I went to The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s Team in Training meeting yesterday and have signed up to do an Olympic distance triathlon in order to raise funds for the society.
It was a really inspirational meeting. We heard from a woman who did a marathon last year with Team in Training. Her husband had cancer (is going into remission now) and she felt completely

strength training since I have become Mr. Cardio over the last few weeks.
Tomorrow I have a bunch of appointments all over the city so I have no idea when I will be getting home. But when I do I am going to go back to the gym and try and do an endurance swim (50+ laps).

in some strength training. The P90X workouts have taken a bit of a backseat since I have started preparing for the Triathlon, but that needs to change because I really don't want... (from Guitar Hero III) - in the middle of the playlist and they really got me going. I think I am still a couple of weeks away until I can training with these types of songs
