brought out his old set of Brio trains. Now, if you know Ben, you know that he loves cars and trains. He gets down on his knees in front of our coffee table and just pushes them... little car. Anyway, I knew he would love the trains set that my brother had and he did!

. It turned out to the be the perfect breakfast, because we needed something satisfying but light for the day ahead – full of workouts and training. I find many breakfasts too heavy to eat before a major workout, but this sit perfectly.

Station. It’s also less hectic than Grand Central Station.
I had booked an Amtrak Acela Express train to take me from Boston to NYC.
These trains are so nice!
Comfy leather... mom made me.
The train ride itself was smooth and easy.
The scenery was booooooring.

hammy heal, and suck it up and cross train. I don't know why I have such a hard time with it, back in the days that I belonged to the gym, I would finish my cardio, walk over... of wood in our driveway and said, "Stacking that!" Well, I guess I can count that as cross training.

Strength training, resistance training, weight training, weight lifting, "working with the weights"...all these terms describe essentially the same thing, right?? Wrong.
In order to give yourself the best chance to succeed at improving your muscular fitness and reducing your body fat, you need to be STRENGTH TRAINING...and, YES, there is a difference
