Truly, the key to neck traction is to restore the neck curve not just stretch the neck. I like easy things to use like using the traction pillow at night and using something like the neck orthotic whenever you can.
The pronex and posture pump worked fantastic when I was really working to restore my curve, now for maintenance I use the neck
