Young people use/abusedrugs. Young people die from using/abusingdrugs. We need to stop young people from dying from drug use/abuse. (The same goes for older people... folks to quit abusingdrugs:
Near death experience (i.e. the drugabuser nearly dying)
Looking in the mirror and feeling genuine disgust
Loss of your children, having them

According to a report from a division... times the 1992 level. Over the same period, the percentage of admissions for alcohol abuse among older adults dropped to 60% from 85%.
