As I wrote this morning , I fear I’m getting sick. My throat is sore and I’m achy, but other than that I’m OK. I’m hoping the symptoms stay at bay rather than turn into something miserable.

I don't really have any updates but just felt like writing a little to help me sleep... I still battle insomnia and know this to be a way to help me doze off into dreamland so here goes.
