Here is the diagram I created for my Al-Anon meeting this week. Let me see if I can explain it.
First, if we look at the top of the diagram, there is Judgement of Others. This I believe is one of the roots of destructive behavior. We judge others. We judge our spouse. We look for their faults and short comings.

Well, I have come to the realization I am going to have to change one of my beloved old habits and start a new habit. I just hope I love it as much. That old habit... my day off better and hopefully help get me back into a regular exercise routine. If I can have a habit of not exercising, I hope to now start a habit of morning exercise. I
