The problem with being a vegan in this tiny Midwestern town during thanksgiving is getting enough to eat. Forget diet tips, tell me how to find enough calories for the day among piles of meaty/cheesey leftovers. I never thought I would be yearning for tofurky.

Thai: Skip the fried Tofu. The Tofu absorbs too much fat when it is fried

There are lots of little tricks we can all learn to sort of re-train ourselves not only for eating healthy nutritious food, but for HOW we eat the food as well.
Now, if everyone of us ate totally raw fruits and veggetables ALL OF THE TIME, then we could eat boatloads of that and never have to be concerned with over eating.
