Happy November! Its a brand new month!
I love new months, refresh! That's what I made for dinner a couple nights ago. Sesame Soy Tilapia, brown rice and asparagus.
Yum, It was good.
Sorry I took a bite then remembered I wanted a pic for my blog ;)
Ingredients

2 tablespoons tangy sweet mustard

If you were to look at all the recipes on this site, you’d probably think I don’t like fish.
I do - I don’t like to cook fish, however.

also possibly explain why the first time I made tilapia back at our household in the city -- using the original, unmodified recipe (i.e., with the flour!) -- was also the last... tilapia again!

This dinner was so delicious! I was a little worried because I didn’t want it to be too coconutty or too curry-y, but it wasn’t, it was great! I will be making it for company soon!

Inspiration came from here. But a little less pricey. Halibut T-Bones are also a little hard to find in Minnesota. And as much as I love Tilapia, it can always use a little more flavor…speaking of tilapia, I’m hoping Brian will share his tilapia and rice recipe via guest blog….???
