What is your take on doctors who tell women their thyroid issues are due to not getting protein from red meat?
I have heard some doctors say you can not get...: grains and vegetables), their diet provides complete proteins.
Remember — the essential amino acids that are low in beans, nuts, and seeds are very much available in grains
