A client recently came to me complaining about the numbness on the posterior forearm and into his shoulder. My initial thought was that it was infraspinatus related, from the shoulder referred pain pattern, but after relieving the trigger points in his infraspinatus, the numbness persisted in his forearm. So more investigation was required.

Three days ago I awoke with pain in my right arm, the upper outside part - triceps? I am not sure what the part is called. It wasn't the same as the left arm pain and not as bad, fortunately, but still quite painful. I have been working it at the gym, where I did the stretches on that arm as well as the left (with the stick) and in the Aqua classes

Second day now and 3 hours sleep in two days. I'm going up and down quicker than the Cyclone in Coney Island.
Left a message for the p-doc. She just got back to me. She's phoning in a script for 5 sleeping pills.
She won't give me more lest I accidently OD. That is fine with me, my brain is on overtime.

a weight where you maintain good form. If the weight is too heavy and your arms are moving forward, then obviously you need to lighten the load and concentrate on your technique. I do prefer the exercise in good form for 8-10 reps.
