Sea World today and it was a great day. We were there almost 10 hours and found plenty to do. The kids seemed less whiny today even though there was less to do than at Disney. I enjoyed it much more as the shows were great.

Rule #1 for avoiding blisters - don’t unlace your shoes! This causes your feet to be able to slide around in your shoes, and no matter what kind of moisture-wicking fabric your socks are made of, blisters will ensue!

Ouch! I got huge blisters on my feet this morning. I never realized how much my running socks help! I should have just worn the dirty ones in the hamper!
Anyway, 6 miles and 6 blisters today so what do I do? I'm not sure what the best treatment is for fast recovery.
