lump on testicle by simplyforgiven Posted Sun 22 Mar 2009 7:11am My husband has what appears to be a hard mass on his left testicle.  We recently got a sperm analysis back from the doctor showing he is not releasing any sperm.  This mass... to the doctor they don't seem to be alarmed.  Could this mass be causing him to not be able to release sperm?  What tests would  you suggest we ask the doctor to run?
