In general, as the relaxin kicks in, focus on strength in poses rather than using the relaxin to go further in the poses.
6 inch foot separation in the half moon backbend always, and be gentle as the shape of the spine changes
do NOT crank "stomach thighs hips forward" (in any backbending pose)

to where I was. Of course, when you're practicing all the time, you're in optimal condition, and each single class is not a big deal. Class 1, on Wednesday, I almost puked, there was tons of junk food in my system, I was literally shaking. Did not feel good. I like naming a favorite posture for each class - well for this class it was most definitely

My very own brand of fitness classes called Urban Warrior kickboxing classes are now in Los Angeles (from NYC!).
The Urban Warrior kickboxing class is an intense mix.... Urban warriors want maximum results and efficiency. My students typically burn an average of 500 calories per Urban Warrior class and boost their metabolism for the rest

Would you like to help teach your pup better manners? If so, you will definitely want to check out the Good Dog Manners Class (intro level) starting Thursday June 25th at 7 p.m. at Rover Oaks in Houston .
This class is perfect for beginners and will cover the basics of obedience with a keen eye on preventing and solving problem

Yesterday's class was pretty amazing. A visiting teacher to the studio really kicked our butts. It's always wonderful to take classes from new people as I do the same... half of class and felt great this morning.
