It doesn't take much to lift me off the table.
Pushing on the tenderpoints will just about do it.
I've heard good and bad stories about the Fibro and Fatigue... that Fibromyalgia is a nutritional problem. I believe it is a neuro-endocrine disorder. But I digress......

Normally Fibromyalgia is diagnosed by using the 'tenderpoints' system, where 11 or more of 18 points in all four quadrants of the body needed to be tender to touch... diagnosis and treatment.
The new criteria avoids tenderpoints and tenderpoint exams and instead a widespread pain index coupled with a symptom severity scale is used.
