My running didn't cause my blood clots

One question I have is whether or not my running caused my blood clots. I don't remember if I've already posted the answer to that question, so I'm doing it again to be sure... should help avoid clots rather than cause clots. Running improves blood circulation while blood clots are formed when blood coagulates from being stagnant.
