Q: I have been feeling really nauseous the last few days – not throwing up but hungry and nauseous at the same time, no food seems appetizing and nothing seems... 1/2- 2 hours to prevent the nausea from getting worse. I know it seems counter-intuitive, but it is important to eat small, high protein meals even if your appetite is low

I am experiencing extreme fatigue. And I do mean extreme. No matter how much sleep I get I can’t get enough rest… but it could just be the menopur.

Oh boy. Yesterday & the day before I was sooooo nauseous. You know, on the verge of tossing your cookies, but never quite there. The first day I took an activated charcoal & it took the nausea away very quickly & lasted about 2-3 hours. I took it yesterday and it didn't do squat. You can't take it within 2 hours of taking supplements, meds
