I've repeatedly had swollen glands in both armpits on and off over the past few years. I just got another one and it is the most painful one I've had yet (it hurts to let my are fall all the way down against my side). I would highly recommend the following book for renal fellows everywhere: ", by Steven Peitzman. I am presently reading it during my trips on the "T" while commuting into Mass General Hospital in the wee hours of the morn.
