Today I thought I’d talk about my swollen feet. My swelling problem has gone up and done since I started chemo in August of 2008. At one point when I was on full dosage of Taxotere, my ankles were swollen to the point that I had to cut the sides of my socks because the elastic at the ankle was too tight. is no different. What began with her ankle area quickly began to vacillate between there and her feet, if not both places at once.
The first thing that I did upon noticing...+R Knee High Compression Sock . This took care of any ankle and lower legs swelling in short order!

Right now, while sitting, and with both my feet on the floor, I can feel the swelling of my legs. According to the physical therapist this is just normal occurence... is interrupted.
To cure this, I should escalate my feet while laying down through the help of a pillow. He also showed me how to massage the swelling so that I will disappear. Good thing

Ankle swelling

Not sure why, but my ankle (left, same side as the bum knee) has decided to swell up. I'm not sure if this is because the knee is injured or if the knee being crooked is making the ankle itself more unstable? It's about 30% larger than normal. This ankle pops a lot also, even when it's not swollen. So hmmmmm.

groins to wave, but much like the Gulf, my pelvic muscles and my feet were beginning to swell.
