I don't have a picture for this, but it's my most favorite recipe for utilizing Swiss chard. It comes from the Columbus Foodie blog. I can't tell you how many times I've made this! It makes a great breakfast too.

Some notes about this recipe
I used shitake mushrooms because like I said, I LOVE them. But feel free to subsitute with any... recipe.
There are several varieties of swiss chard including those with the beautiful red or rainbow stalks. All varieties work well in this recipe so have fun experimenting
