Effortless swimming workouts....huh? I might have to check that out. Sounds like the kind of swim workout I can get behind....or maybe it's the kind of workout that makes you fall behind. Either way, it doesn't matter. I find the effortful workouts produce better results.

24 laps.
Big progress today. I did 24 LAPS. Still can’t believe it.
I swam to the wall, tapped it and turned around.
I hope to get to the point where I can do two laps at once. That’s when I’ll be prepared to start my new swim program.

10 laps (500 yds)
Added three laps to today’s swim. I still can’t believe how hard this is. I also can’t believe how hungry I am when I get home.

part right but everything else is coming along nicely.
Today was the first day that the pool was full of people. My wife and I had to share a lane. I swam across the pool and waited for her. When she got to me I went back. My breaks were a lot shorter as a result so I feel like I got a much better workout.

Seventy to a Fast Skin. I was excited about the times though even though I was feeling it during Monday's workout. I was swimming 25meters (from a push start) in under 12 seconds, which I haven't done in a long while.
