My husband surfs. A lot. I figured if we were to see each other regularly I should take up surfing, so three years ago I did just that. But when it’s too big for me (which is most of the time), I take photos.

My legs are swelling after my runs

After both my Thursday and Saturday runs, I discovered that my legs were swelling, about 1 cm in the circumference around my legs and ankles. I first noticed this the evening after my run when I discovered my compression socks were fitting tighter than normal. to swell up to more than 110 percent of their size. This can make your shoes feel tight and your feet hurt.
The best way to prevent swelling is to elevate your feet. The next best way is to move your feet and toes frequently while you are sitting or standing. This can reduce swelling by more than 50 percent and will usually prevent the pain that it causes

Swelling under the eyes after Fraxel

I had Fraxel yesterday and today the swelling under eyes is enormous and very alarming, so I went online and read that some women had pronounced swellling under... to permanent reduce the pronounced swelling under the eye? Thank you kindly.
I would suggest going back to the physician or clinic that performed the procedure and speaking with them
