Trimethoprim baby dosages?

So I have taken my 'Baby Dose' of Trimethoprim tonight.
I already had my 3 month lot of 300mg tablets at home. The 'baby dose I am referring to is 150mg I was told to take.... These changes may be reversed by administration of folinic acid (5 to 10 mg/day) without interfering with the antibacterial activity of trimethoprim.

to the recertification question was #4, trimethoprim-sulfamethoxazole, for the following reason:
I am not a doctor, I am a test developer. Having exactly zero knowledge about the content here...? And both don’t cover MRSA.
And trimethoprim-sulfamethoxazole doesn’t cover strep.
