Alternative stress medications by Bobby D. Posted Mon 19 Jan 2009 7:35pm Hello everyone,      I have benn diagnosed three years ago with anxiety. Took Lexapro and other perscribed meds. Didn't like the way they made me feel overall and didn't like the feeling of drugs floating around in my body. Does anybody know of any alternative meds or ways of helping with high anxiety???
