1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup strawberries, fresh or frozen & chopped
In a small bowl, combine coconut flour, salt and baking soda.
In a large bowl, mix well the eggs... with a local fruit that is in season... strawberries!!

WHAT?!? The second... this may be a slightly outdated label since it says that there is two percent or less each of dried strawberries, dried pears and dried apples. So that's just 6 percent or less
