Yesterday I laced up my shoes and ran north out of the NAC. I did put in an hour, but had to stop and cough up a lung a couple of times en route. Since I'm sick (see previous post) and can't stopcoughing (and therefore can't sleep), I thought I'd post a fun little survey.

What if there was a drug that could completely eliminate airborne disease transmission that occurs when someone coughs? Researchers at the University of Alberta believe they have found a way to achieve this.
The idea behind this work came from Malcolm King and his research associate Gustavo Zayas, both who work in the Division of Pulmonary Medicine

NO cough drops are only for if you are coughing or have a sore throught

Since Sunday/Monday, Sophie has had an increase in her coughing. I have purposely left it for a few days just to see if anything was developing, and also wondering whether I was noticing something that wasn't there, due to knowing she had pseudo lurking.
However, something is definately going on. Sophie always has a cough that sounds like croupe

I felt a bit "iffy" this morning but I went off to school. I had a observation today for Microsoft Word, itwent well but it was 60 straight minutes of talking...excessive talking...and not talking in your everyday kinda voice, but instead it was just short of shouting. The air today is beyond foul. Fires throughout the Bay Area have left a thick layer of smoke hanging over the valley. From my home this morning I not only couldn't see Mt.
