Well I caught the stomachvirus my daughter has last week. Mine though seems to be never ending. Tuesday it was blowing, Wednesday was going and today has been terrible stomach pains. Since there is definitely something going around…
Try putting a couple drops of Peppermint essential oil on a cotton pad (portable!) and inhaling when you feel nauseous.
Also, to disinfect the air in your home or office you can put about 6 drops each of Clove Bud and Thyme essential oils in your diffuser.
