Feet really stiff

When I got up this morning, my wake up HR was 52. Because I was on my feet a lot yesterday, I could hardly walk this morning. The muscles in my feet were stiff as if each... to walk due to the pain in my feet, and I would crawl into the bathroom. I've mentioned before that I was born with stiff joints and stiffmuscles. My condition is known as the "squeaky door" syndrome. Just as a door with very rusty hinges is hard to get moving but once it moves it moves more freely, my muscles are stiff when I first get up but feel better as I move around. Sore and StiffFeet

The bottom of my left foot continues to be sore and stiff ... to the point where walking isn’t fun. I pulled out the yellow pages and looked up orthotics clinics and gave... in my foot that may be causing this issue. He would be willing to work with me after I talk with my Onc.
The reason I included a chiropractor is because I had great success
