Stiff Neck

My neck is really stiff today, its kinda painful! I don't sleep very well on my too-expensive-to-not- sleep-well-in tempur pedic bed and I tried using a pillow top mattress....
On the brighter side, my ankle hasn't hurt me at all since I got this new brace from the foot doc! And I feel like I am walking better. Now I just need better control of my knee! I know

I've mentioned before that I was born with stiff joints and stiffmuscles. My condition is known as the "squeaky door" syndrome.
