Why write about this on a health/coaching/intuition blog? Because you know what I'm talking about!
✿ We all have stinky thoughts sometimes (A result... and cherries, this doesn't apply to me. But I live for service and thought you might appreciate some guidance around the stinkiness of life.

If you are in the SF Bay Area and want to speak out against the LBAM spraying plans, please head to a rally organized by some mothers from a local preschool.
The Play... to the spray.
San Francisco, East Bay, Marin, and other residential areas will be sprayed as often as every 30 days for 2-10 years.

Boil herbs like tulsi ( basil ) , neem or any other coolant and pour it into a spray bottle. If cucumber is your choice of coolant , soak the slices in water and leave it in the refrigerator for two hours . Adding a drop of sunscreen to the water will shield your skin. To enhance the coolness effect of any spray , always refrigerate.

While that water sprayer you see in Lael’s hands is meant for her hair, she usually finds other uses for it. If I forget to put it out of her reach, it’s soon being used to spray into her mouth or fogging up the mirrors in the bathroom.
