In searching for the perfect handmade pin cushion as a Valentine’s Day gift for my daughter. I stumbled on this gem of a design.

So this afternoon we went to Lowes to look for seat cushions for our outdoor patio furniture. The chairs are actually really comfortable without cushions but I wanted... with their merchandise and so after checking the first spot where they keep some of their cushions we headed to another area that has them and found this:

A study in the American Journal of Sports Medicine in June of 2008 evaluated in-shoe pressure in 22 athletes with high arch (cavus) feet. Two neutral-cushioned running... with the control shoe, both neutral-cushioned running shoes significantly reduced peak pressure. completely backwards and bizarre but it is true, fidgeting and even doodling help with focus. The balance cushion (disc-o-sit is a well-known name brand) forces you to use more muscles... balance cushions yesterday.
