Ever notice how lean speed skaters are? They are lean, muscular and in amazing condition. I decided to look into their training and see if we can learn a thing or two from them.

You may recall from THIS recent story that the Dutch Speed Skater Sven Kramer certainly seems to have a short fuse.
When asked to say his name by an ABC Olympics reporter the Dutch skating super star threw a pretty Olympic sized temper tantrum by asking the reporter if she was stupid. The reporters question and Kramer's response sparked

Hedrick picking up speedskating to win Olympic gold. And there were plenty of Chicagoans lacing up their skates for the 10K. Those donning full-on uniforms for Team Rainbo... somewhere along the lines that inline skating was a fast-fading sport, at least on a general fitness level around home.
