Try a skatepark. Find a skatepark that has other... for the fast ones. Some skaters may practice one line over and over, getting faster each time

Want to get out and enjoy the weather? If you're a University of Colorado student, you should check out the Boulder SkatePark.
The Boulder SkatePark has approximately 16,000 square feet of concrete for skating. It also offers a huge clover bowl, combi with a spine, banks, transitions, ledges, and rails.

I headed out this week for a little cross training in my marathon training schedule and skated down the Greenway (run and bike trail that spans Minneapolis) and on the way, found a BRAND new, beautifully paved parking lot on the way. It was a perfect place to skate in big circles!

Aggressive skates. These are durable recreational skates with small wheels and grind plates to protect the skate when doing aggressive stunts
Artistic skates. These have boots like those on figure skates, and as few as 3 small wheels for maximum maneuverability, smoother turns, and spinning

A LOVELY DAY FOR A SKATE
Sunday was a gorgeous day in NYC. It was the perfect day for skating on The Pond in Bryant Park . So we did just that!
It was a goal of mine to go skating this winter as I haven’t hit the ice in years! I’m not a great skater but I think it’s something fun to do with friends or as a unique date!

Kat Kat decided she wanted to do something special with each one of the triplets on their own. She took Mack to see the trains at North Park and took Sophie ice skating (Grace gets her trip later). To my surprise, Sophie picked ice skating for her trip. We have never been and I'm not sure how she knows about it but that's what she wanted to do

About 120 BIDMC staff members got a chance to take to the ice rink last week at Fenway Park. The rink was constructed for the New Year’s Day “Winter Classic” match-up... staff to have an exclusive one-hour free skate before the rink gets removed. Here's Joanne showing how to stay healthy.
