Before we discuss using nasalsinus rinses with saline solution, I think it would better to review the anatomy and physiology of the nose and sinuses. I'm going to try... or bacteria, I DON'T WANT IT. So, once I have finished their office visit, I go straight over to the bathroom for handwashing + nasalsinus rinsing.

Thanks to the cyst, I have one of the worst sinus infections ever. It sucks. It was so bad, I actually called out of work on Friday. I'm taking methylprednisone and levequin to help with it. It's much better than Friday, but I still have a killer sinus headache.
