to shunt our bodies out of starvation mode, and this comes down to a few main factors:
Feeling safe
Knowing we have access to food
Moderate exercise
Not fasting for too long
A Nutrient Rich Diet
Once these key needs are met our bodies will go out of starvation mode, our bodies metabolism will rise and it will become very proficient

I usually do this easily, but some days I’m just not hungry enough to want... metabolism to conserve evergy because it thinks your starving. Starving yourself may make you feel better about yourself
you may think you dodged all the bad calories, or whatever but the wicked truth is that going too long without eating causes your body to switch into energy conservation mode, which slows the rate that you burn calories and makes you feel more tired, and less alert.
