"Hi, I enjoyed your shoulder article on Bodybuilding.com. I have a question as I usually devote a full 45 minute workout to shoulders. Would one workout consist of the lean away laterals, the shoulder triset and overhead dumbbell press, or are these each separate workouts? Thanks!"

a shoulder workout today and I’ve also included the cardio workout I did yesterday.
Shoulder Workout
Military Press (in front)
Warm up: 2 sets x 12 reps, 20#
1 set x 10 reps...
Warm up: 1 set x 12 reps, 8#
1 set x 10 reps, 15#
Dumbbell Shrugs
Warm up: 1 set x 12 reps, 10#
1 set x 10 reps, 25#
Cardio Workout
5 minutes @ 4 mph

through it 4 times, it was time for a change. I just got my new Muscle and Fitness Hers magazine this past Saturday and it was perfect timing because it has a great workout... sets and the abs workout is performed as a circuit. After completing this workout today, I can tell how weak my shoulders are, but I still did pretty well considering!

Championship game. I actually wasn’t going to workout today, but I decided to do a shoulder workout since I forgot to do them earlier last week.

Plate front... shoulder workout I also did bent over lateral raises but since I’m doing back and biceps tomorrow, I left them out this time. I didn’t do cardio either, but I’ll be doing it tomorrow
