What Shape is In Shape

You always hear people talk about being “in shape”, but what exactly does that mean. Round is a shape. Pear is a shape. Long and lean is a shape. Does being “in shape” mean you can’t be in any of those shapes?

but the most commonly used implants are made of silicone/silastic.

Above you can see the typical shape of a nasal L-strut implant. This particular one happens to made of Medpor which can be a real problem to revise…but that’s another story.
