If you have Multiple Sclerosis, then you know about MuscleSpasms.
I have severemusclespasms and I take Baclofen for them. I am over the dosage for treating them. My... that some people find heat works for them and others cold works for them. I have found a few things that help with tolerating my musclespasms.

that is the worst and the most frequent.
The other odd sensation I get is in my left ribs. I get a very annoying and strong musclespasm just under the bra line. It’s enough to debilitate... but musclespasms.
