There's a new place in Spring, TX for pet lovers to bring their not-so-clean pets and get then washed, dried and fluffed--Muddy Buddy Self ServiceDog (and cat!) Wash... of helping wash the family dog. Don't have a dog? Muddy Buddy even has a totally enclosed cat friendly wash area.

Today we did more training with Autism DogServices http://autismdogservices.ca/ http://sites.google.com/site/autismdogservices/Home and we... in the Milk Bone company...lol)

I just spoke with a representative from Susquehanna ServiceDogs yesterday afternoon and I will be traveling to Harrisburg sometime in September to look at several Labrador retrievers. I am excited about the possibility of getting a new servicedog but also sad at the same time.
My current servicedog Nala is 12 years old and not doing the best

The Marco Island Sun Times in Florida had a nice article regarding a retired servicedog visiting a local school to help educate the students. Education and advocacy is something we should all be concerned with. And it's great to see the students taking an interest in servicedogs and how they serve individuals with disabilities.
