1. If you can’t date with self-esteem, boundaries, and values, don’t date until you can because not only will you feel fleeting highs and plenty of lows.... haven't even touched on self-esteem yet. Self-love. Facing regrets and the realities that there really were some paths you didn't take. There really are some things you can't do... and to really listen to the person asking them. Without self-knowledge you cannot truly achieve unconditional self-love. Your self-esteem will always be at risk.
