This is a part of the ‘epigenetics diet’ (the heritable changes in phenotype or gene expression caused by mechanisms... specific food compounds which inhibit epigenetic effects.
Some of the foods which should be incorporated into the diet include soybeans, cauliflower, broccoli, brussels sprouts
