Today's San Diego Rock 'N' Roll Marathon was my fifth marathon, and now I can finally say that I've run a marathon like it's supposed to be run. In every marathon that I've... from my Wildflower race a few weeks ago just how important it is to not overexert in the days before the race.

Rock and Roll baby!
The San Diego Rock 'n' Roll Half Marathon last weekend was SUCH a blast. I'm still riding on an adrenaline high from a weekend filled with running... the chance to run a Rock 'n' Roll race, I highly recommend it!
Conclusion: Half Marathons are fun. I think I will stick to the 13.1 distance for now ;)
Have a nice humpday!
