Run, T, RUN! by T Patient Expert Posted Wed 06 Oct 2010 10:16am Lately, I've been in a bit of a career crisis. You see, I'm a bit like Forrest Gump in the scene above. When I find something that interests me (music, information technology, stay-at-home-motherhood, natural medicine, spirituality, triathlons), I pursue it hard, fast and true. Like Forrest, I run and I run, without stopping. I learn. ... Read on »
You Can Run, But You Can’t Make Your Computer Run by Mike Antonucci Posted Tue 25 Aug 2009 7:18pm I can joke about it now, because I’m up and “running” again after a series of computer plagues of biblical proportions. I kid you not, in a single week I had a desktop hard drive, a laptop hard drive and a wireless router all independently leave us for a better world. They were all more than five years old, but it has been pretty frantic around h ... Read on »

So that is why I chose to run the 1/2 marathon. There was also an added bonus I was being sponsored by Cool Springs Famil ... Read on »

"In running, you can’t be a beggar. Never beg your legs to keep moving, never beg yourself to..." by Lauren M Posted Wed 07 Aug 2013 12:00am “In running, you can’t be a beggar. Never beg your legs to keep moving, never beg yourself to keep pushing forward. Because that implies that you don’t have control. Eventually you’ll have to beg your mind too. No don’t be a beggar, but instead be a commander. Command your legs to push, command your feet to keep going. Because you want this ... Read on »
Shamrock Training Run T ... by Sensationally Red Patient Expert Posted Sat 13 Jun 2009 12:00am Shamrock Training Run The next immediate running goal is to run the Shamrock 15K race. I think this will be the 4th time I've run this race; the weather has run the gamut. One year was so cold my feet stayed frozen for 4 miles, another year was atypically warm but with steady misty rain that had me regretting the mascara, and last year ... Read on »
