A few months ago, the Wrightsock runningsock company sent me 5 pairs of socks to evaluate. I’ve been using them during my workouts and have been satisfied... runningsocks is that it helps promote blisters. I rarely get blisters from running but when I do, I’m wear cotton socks that are completely drenched.

The first pair I became obssessed with last April when I ran the Earth Day 5k out of Silver

If e-mail responses are any indication, one of the most influential reviews I’ve ever written was on Drymax socks .

I hope you are all ready for review month mixed in with the training updates ;)

There has been a lot of talk on some of the online ultra forums praising the fit, comfort and performance ofDrymax socks. As a long time wearer of Injinji socks I was reluctant to try another sock. I'm a believer in the motto, "If it ain't broke, don't fix it", and my Injinji's have worked well at preventing blisters. I can only think of two times

I started feeling a bit under the weather yesterday, so earlier today I was questioning whether or not I should go for my run. Truth be told, it was the lure of the socks that prompted me to run. Well

100% (my quads were still achy though). So, after much thought, here is MY professional opinion on Recovery Socks:
Get a pair if you are consistently running over 10 miles... telling me to rest, I didn't have a choice. I was scheduled to help lead a 10K training team run and I wasn't about to miss that. Plus, I knew we would be running considerably
