minutes. Now that I run longer than an entire 30 minute episode of any of my favorite tv shows, I've resorted to putting in movies. We have 100's of dvds to pick from so I'll be doing that from now on. I was watching hour long episodes of shows on various web sites, such as Desperate Housewives but they only run for about 40 minutes becuase

If you're looking for inspiration to help you get fit in 2012, you could do a lot worse than this...
67-year-old R. Laurence Macon is the current Guinness World Record-holder for the most marathons completed in a year by a male runner.
When he finished the New Year’s Double Marathon in Dallas on Saturday, it was his 113th race of the year!

No, I didn’t run 27 miles…
But Mosely and I did run 7, which is his new PDR! Yey for Mr. Mo!
