Republican Run From Record Is Non Persuasive by Dr. Rick K. Naturopathic DoctorFacebook Posted Fri 03 Apr 2009 11:18pm My business is change and communication. I write about these themes, speak about them, coach people to deal with them.  And I observe the part they play in our culture and society.   I call em’ as I see em,’ and if one side of our two sided system gets it right or wrong, I occasionally find that I have something to say about it.  And that’s what ... Patient Expert Posted Mon 23 Mar 2009 3:04pm You' ve probably heard of athletes who try for new running records like running on seven continents in seven days. A new running record! by Michelle R. Patient Expert Posted Sun 24 Aug 2008 5:16pm I ran 4 miles today! It felt pretty good, too. Well aside from the new blister I have. It took about 60 minutes total, not including my warm up which is around 4ish minutes. Now that I run longer than an entire 30 minute episode of any of my favorite tv shows, I've resorted to putting in movies. We have 100's of dvds to pick from so I'll ... Read on »

But is he fast enough to beat six time Ironman World Champion Mark Allen's all time Ironman run split record? And in case you are wondering that record time would be a 2:40 Kona marathon after of course a 2.4 mile swim and a very windy 112 mile bike ride ... Read on »

Running: A Personal Record and a look back by Rachel M. Patient Expert Posted Sat 06 Mar 2010 11:10am Bet you thought I wasn’t running?!?!? Ha ha ha. Surprise is sweet, even for me. I am running. However, I am only running when the Workout of the Day (W.O.D.) calls for it. That means that in a 2 week period, I might run 1 time. In fact, it might be more like once every three weeks. The last time we did any running in the box was on ... Read on »
New Running Personal Distance Record! by fitnesshealthandfood Health Maven Posted Fri 29 Jul 2011 2:32pm No, I didn’t run 27 miles… But Mosely and I did run 7, which is his new PDR! Yey for Mr. Mo! Wait where is Mo anyways? Oh right, it’s puppy coma time. I didn’t have any intention of running more than 5 or 6 miles but boy did Mr. Mo have energy to burn. In fact, it might be more appropriate to say that Mo ran 8 miles and ... Read on »
