is that you can still run but do it in the deep end of the pool with a
running vest on.
Many people like.... It is
about proper running form. If you maintain proper running form you will
then maintain you running fitness while you let your injuries heal. Did

Are Running Injuries natural or just Man-Made?
Running is more popular than ever nowadays with 5-10ks/marathons happening all the time, not too mention how many... were meant to run....with springs?

I have been taking a break from running to heal from my most recent calf muscle injury... and prevention.

Prevention: Warm up and cool down. Although this will not prevent DOMS in all cases, it is an important habit to reduce injury

Running Injuries...
I've been waiting with bated breath, the arrival of Maria's e-mail on the definitive results of her x-rays and sport doctor visit. She thinks it may... to fill.
In the meantime, my running group, having fared much better through the marathon--Debi, the animal, actually went dancing the night after the marathon in heels
